If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. John and his team helped me sell my DC house. From the very beginning, his team made everything a breeze. They handled every step of the process and made it a super easy for me--everything from getting quotes from contractors for prep, handling staging, and hosting open houses. We unfortunately ran into a number of unexpected setbacks during the process (nothing to do with John's team) and John was phenomenal in helping me navigate every bump in the road. I always felt like I could speak openly with him about my concerns and goals and get sound advice from him in response. He never pressured me to take a path I didn't want. In short, he helped me navigate a very stressful process as best as possible. Next time. need a realtor, I fully intend to work with John and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We just bought out first home with the help of the team at Coleman residential and I can't overstate the level of gratitude we feel for John, Ashley, and the rest of the team. I started the homebuying process not knowing much of anything and they were so patient, knowledgeable, dynamic, and responsive- just top notch service and expertise all around. Not to mention they are such wonderful, likable people which is so important because the process is very collaborative so it was great to always look forward to seeing them or speaking to them. I am naturally a bit of an anxious person and I felt I was in the best hands. I'm so, so grateful that our first homebuying experience was with the best.
