If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. John and his team helped me sell my DC house. From the very beginning, his team made everything a breeze. They handled every step of the process and made it a super easy for me--everything from getting quotes from contractors for prep, handling staging, and hosting open houses. We unfortunately ran into a number of unexpected setbacks during the process (nothing to do with John's team) and John was phenomenal in helping me navigate every bump in the road. I always felt like I could speak openly with him about my concerns and goals and get sound advice from him in response. He never pressured me to take a path I didn't want. In short, he helped me navigate a very stressful process as best as possible. Next time. need a realtor, I fully intend to work with John and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
