I can’t say enough about what a great job John, Claudia, and their whole team did selling my home this past spring. They provided best in class marketing, did an excellent job of communicating through every step of the process, and really hustled to take care of all the hiccups came up during the various stages of the sale. The market is pretty tough at the moment, but not if you have realtors like John and Claudia working on your behalf. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. John and his team helped me sell my DC house. From the very beginning, his team made everything a breeze. They handled every step of the process and made it a super easy for me--everything from getting quotes from contractors for prep, handling staging, and hosting open houses. We unfortunately ran into a number of unexpected setbacks during the process (nothing to do with John's team) and John was phenomenal in helping me navigate every bump in the road. I always felt like I could speak openly with him about my concerns and goals and get sound advice from him in response. He never pressured me to take a path I didn't want. In short, he helped me navigate a very stressful process as best as possible. Next time. need a realtor, I fully intend to work with John and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We just bought out first home with the help of the team at Coleman residential and I can't overstate the level of gratitude we feel for John, Ashley, and the rest of the team. Lots of work for them, and very little work for us! It was amazing. John is a seasoned professional, and he's highly skilled at advocating for his clients during negotiations, while also helping his clients to step aside from the emotional side of things. He's incredibly responsive, and he and his team will hustle for you!
